HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN??

Hello everyone.......


Wow, its been almost a year we last posted something here, we are truly sorry, we have been busy with school!! But we are done now....Uhun *graduates :)* (grateful to God). Anyway  we missed you all and we are back fully to get everyone inspired and basically to have fun!

If any one is wondering, we finished school in flying colours and we our graduation was awesome... want to see pics?? okay:))

"NORTH WEST" AND MANY OTHER UNIQUE NAMES !!!!!!!!

Its no news that E! celebrity Kim Kardashin and her boo Kanye West had their first child June 15th 2013. Kimye had a baby girl who according to the family looks exactly like kim. the only thing that baffles me is her name. Its quite alarming that the baby has two geopolitical zones as her name, isn't that confusing?? or let's say "unique". lol

Anyways, we went further to check out other celebrities who gave their kids very "unique" names....

1. Beyonce and Jay-z daughter is called Blue Ivy Carter. (we'r all getting used to the name sef)

2. Arthur Ashe, a tennis player and his wife Jeanne Moutoussamy Ashe named their beautiful daughter       Camera.

3.Barbara Hershey and David Carradine, both actor and actress parents named their son Free.

4. Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats' child goes by the name Egypt. 

5. Isaiah and Marie Washington named their son Thyme (curry ni lol)

6. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale named their child Zuma Nesta Rock

7. Hollywood actor, Ving Rhames and Deborah Reed named their son Freedom

SUMMER...WHAT'S TRENDING??

Trendless season???

Over the years, there has been at least two trends per season.. and so we were thinking, what's trending this season? we came to a conclusion that there is no new trend or strong trend this season asides velvet(ka akpoche) of course which used to reign back then when we were young.
Anyway, its back..with a big bang!! people have been rocking it especially for asoebi. Other possible trends are ripped jeans, peplum tops/dresses, maxi gowns, blazers, bodicon dresses, bustiers, aztec leggings and dresses, cropped tops, shorts, pants, statement neck piece, rings, ankle strap heels, spikes  etc.
our traditional wears are also trending, they have been incorporated into our everyday clothing....A whole lot is trending all at the same time, so better give your wardrobe a second look, see if its up to date!!

STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM, NOW WE'R HERE.......

Uhun in other words *four years don waka..we still dey carry go* yes people! Okay..... if it isn't clear enough..We are graduates!!!......Of Babcock university *whew* it has been a long..well not really..but a tough! Period, filled with broke,garri soaking,bike flying, Sabbath skipping ;) and money missing days!!! they can move things in girls hostel! U have to beware. They weren't all 'suffer head' experiences sha, there were many times when we would just chill like bosses lol,even d hard times were fun because we went through them together as friends,friendship is very important!,if you don't have friends feel free to come audition to join us! *jokes* for real though that's why its says WE not I'M in "started from the bottom now WE here". Wish we could gist u guys of all d fun times mehn and trust me they are hilarious from when all we used to do was eat and sleep in class,share tom tom into 3(suffer head things),just randomly yab people( we're grown past that now),hustle,run!,push,insult just for food s.m.h,(special Sabbath, and Sabbath rice,and Saturday yam)it was a real hustle lol,battle of d fittest...and now all that is over..*sobs* we miss it so much,the good memories ....and other memories but like all those who just graduated, we shall march on to greater heights..amen!,find good job,start profitable businesses,learn new helpful things, impact our generation positively..and get joined in holy matrimony! (Wink wink).God bless..!

How long is too long to date/court??

I believe we all agree that, there is no specific age to enter into relationship, it strongly depends on your individuals belief, but it is also important to be mature in the mind before you start something serious. But now, my question is, how long is too long to date/court???

Always remember that we are clay in the potter's hand and as every molded cup or vase has to be "nipped and tucked" to end up perfect, occasionally, so do we. We may not always like it, in fact, sometimes it could really hurt but the end result is always well worth it.

Perfect relationship- reality or fantasy?

“The question of whether there really is anything as a “perfect relationship” is indeed one that attracts interesting responses and by ‘interesting’…..trust me, there can’t be a better word. I decided to check out on personal opinions regarding the idea and am WOWED!! On a scale of 1- 100, dividing between ‘ladies’ and ‘gents’; 50% of the ladies believe there is no such thing, 44% do believe that it does exist and amongst the gents, about 45% believe it doesn’t exist and 32% believe it does exist. These ratings almost subconsciously point out (between thin lines though) that more ladies have had it bad and opted out in their relationships yet, More are hopeful or have experienced perfect relationships than our gents. Although, this isn’t my area of concentration.
