FOOD!!

Its always nice and fun to be creative with your cooking. I was bored last Saturday, and I decided to make something different. "Wrapped corn beef" ... the name sounds weird, because I simply dint know what to call it. well, its only corn beef wrapped in pancakes.. you should try it *wink*

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt(optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten lightly
  • 1½ cups of milk or sachets of milk
  • 2 tsp butter,melted for flavor(very optional)
  • Water at your discretion
  • And of course your corn beef
How to prepare
Ok, so first u sieve the first 3ingredients to avoid lumps i
n a separate bowl, mix egg and milk, then add it to flour mix, Then stir in butter until smooth(you could use a mixer or blender if you have the right one)if mix is too thick..add water.
Grease a nonstick pan with cooking spray or a little vegetable oil. Heat pan on medium for about ten minutes. Pour batter to form pancakes of whatever size you like. Cook first side until bubbles form on top, about three minutes; then flip and cook other side until it, too, is brown, about two minutes. Bring out your already warmed corn beef, place at the edge of ur pancake..roll it up..nd yum!!there you have it..who ever thought corn beef and pancake could taste good *lol                                                                                                   -----jess xoxo
